Coming to UK showrooms in July, the SEAT Leon SC is now available to order, and is expected to help the Volkswagen-owned brand beat its record-breaking sales of last year, when 38,798 new cars found owners – 1.9 per cent of the market. That is an impressive figure for a Spanish brand.
And now, the prices have proved SEAT has set its sights high. Starting at £15,370 for the 1.2-litre TSI, prices rocket all the way up to £22,335 for the 2.0-litre TDI Direct-Shift Gearbox - achieving an impressive fuel economy of 64.2mpg.
But with price and fuel economy as the key factors when buying a car, Motortrades Insight recommends drivers opt for the smaller 1.6-litre TDI, which could save drivers hundreds of pounds more every year with a whopping average 74.3mpg.
