MG CS Concept unveiled at Shanghai Motor Show (Auto Shanghai) – a preview into MG’s first production urban SUV
Last week, on the MG CS Concept being unveiled at the Shanghai Motor Show (Auto Shanghai), and now we can bring you pictures of the car itself.
It really is ‘strikingly unique’ – in a good and a bad way. It has a design unlike any other MG, and while some say the company should not stray away from its brand image, to survive, it must consistently reinvent itself.
Its ventures into the SUV world could prove fruitful if this design goes into production – stylish and an alternative to SUVs offered by Nissan and Kia.
But on the downside, it does look rather bulky, as if it has been working out at the gym too much.
This may put off some buyers so if the MG CS Concept inspires MG’s first production SUV, making it more simplistic and minimalist will be more likely to appeal to Britain’s drivers.
